My approach balances structure and flexibility, science and meaning. I draw from evidence-based therapies while remaining responsive to the lived reality of whom I am working with.

Alongside these, I integrate holistic and complementary practices when appropriate. These approaches are always optional and client-inspired, and may include storytelling, imagery, archetypal work, dreamwork, and creative exploration.
