Compassionate, experienced and thoughtful support for overwhelming experiences or personal growth
Sometimes life can become overwhelming. You might feel anxious, exhausted, disconnected from yourself or simply unsure how to move forward. Or perhaps you are struggling with a harsh inner critic that's stopping you from living life to it's fullest.
I offer a warm, thoughtful space where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. Together, we can make sense of what you’re experiencing and explore what you need to feel more like yourself again.
Welcome, I'm Jane
I’m Jane, a BACP accredited therapist with extensive experience supporting adults through anxiety, overwhelm, relationship difficulties, trauma and significant life changes.
I bring together my professional training and experience with a genuine interest in understanding the person behind the difficulties they are experiencing.
For me, therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about creating a space where you can begin to understand yourself differently and feel more able to make choices that are right for you.
I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including:
- Anxiety
Helping you understand what is underneath your anxiety and develop a greater sense of calm and confidence. - Burnout & overwhelm
A space to step out of constantly doing and begin to understand what is leaving you depleted. - Grief & loss
Support when you are living with the pain, uncertainty or changes that follow a loss. - Trauma
A safe and paced space to explore experiences that may still be affecting how you feel, think and relate to yourself and others. - Life changes
Support when something has changed and you are finding it difficult to know what comes next.
Experienced support for life's challenges and personal growth
How I work
I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be honest and understood rather than judged.
My approach is collaborative, relational and trauma-informed. I draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on what feels right for you, rather than expecting you to fit into one particular way of working.
I work at your pace, with curiosity and compassion, helping you to understand yourself more deeply while also finding practical ways to create change.

You don't have to carry it alone
You may have spent a long time managing things by yourself. You don't need to know exactly what you need from therapy before you get in touch. I'm happy to talk through what's bringing you to therapy and whether I might be the right therapist for you.
